Material:

Fabricated from cold rolled sheet metal of prime grade, free from surface imperfections, capable of taking a coat of electrostatic powder coating finish.

Surfaces are prepared chemically by spraying a degreasing and iron phosphate solution.

Lockers are powder-coated with a Hybrid Epoxy Polyester powder, color RAL 7040 light gray. Upon request and for high humid environments we can use galvanized sheet.

Description:

Body front edges are double bended for added rigidity. All parts are joined by either spot or MIG welding.

Upon request and for export markets we can supply (KD) kits to be assembled on site by rivets and screws. Doors with full length stiffeners are double bended from all sides for added strength and smooth edges.

Each door will have at least two ventilation louver openings. Hinges are solid and easy to move. Lockers are supplied with cam-locks with 2 keys.

We can supply knob lock handle for the use of Pad locks or three point locking handles. Each locker is supplied with four tubular steel legs. Lockers can be supplied without legs or with an additional sheet metal base. Each locker door space will have at least one shelf and one side hanger, except for 3 & 12 door lockers. Models 500mm in depth are equipped with coat rods to accommodate wire hangers.
